Private Rehab Recovery Suites

Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation features private rehab-recovery suites. Each suite is equipped with bathroom, individual room temperature control, and electric bed, flat screen TV with cable, phone and Wi-Fi. Semi-private rooms with a shared bath are also available for long-term guests.

Rehabilitation Gym

Our rehabilitation gym is the perfect setting to conduct your therapy session; services include physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our therapy gym provides an array of therapy equipment that will get you home in no time.

Guest Entertainment Area

Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation guests will find themselves engaged in our entertaining area with Wi-Fi, assorted puzzles, the daily newspaper, magazines and a variety of other mind stimulating games, exercises and events. You can relax with family and friends and experience all the personal comforts of home during your period of healing and rehabilitative recovery.

Menu Dining

Mealtime is a pleasure to enjoy with family and friends. We provide individualized nutritional support for each guest with many types of dietary requirements; including gluten-free options. Our registered dietician ensures that all guests receive the proper diet and their nutritional needs are met. Our seasonal menus offer choice dining which includes fresh salads, warm hearty homemade soups, lighter entrees with fresh fruits and vegetables, and a large dessert selection to please anyone’s sweet tooth. All of our meals are prepared in-house by our culinary team. Join your loved one for a meal with advance notice and for a nominal fee.

Transportation Van

Recreational trips are planned weekly to restaurants, shopping, museums and public events. We also provide personalized transportation for Dialysis, Cancer treatments and Physician appointments. Our guests love the convenience of our transportation services.

Visiting Hours

Guest visiting hours are not limited and encouraged when it is convenient for you. Pets are welcome to visit, provided they have proper documentation of vaccinations, are on a leash and are not a disruption to other guests or staff.
